Help and support

Troubleshoot with clear stages and correlated run records.

Tablyra records file checks, planning, execution, local persistence, and output separately. Most problems can be investigated without accessing the full workbook.

Reporting checklist

Provide enough context without sending unnecessary sensitive data.

1

State the expected result

For example: “The birthday column should display 2026-07-15 without a time.”

2

Describe the actual result

Include UI state, error code, and the step where it happened.

3

Keep correlation IDs

Task, run, and request IDs connect client and server records.

4

Attach diagnostics when useful

The package includes structured logs and stage timings but should not include the full workbook.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What if Desktop still shows signed out after login?

Confirm the email is verified, sign out and back in, and check system time and network connectivity. If it continues, inspect the account device page to see whether the device appeared.

Why can I not create a plan after adding a file?

Confirm the file remains at its original location, the format is supported, and the account has planner allowance. Desktop status identifies missing files, format issues, or permission problems.

Why does a formatted date still include time?

Use an explicit pattern such as YYYY-MM-DD. Current builds normalize it to yyyy-MM-dd and the preview respects the date display format.

How do I submit a useful bug report?

Describe expected and actual behavior, keep the task and run ID, and include the privacy-filtered diagnostic package through Desktop feedback. Do not upload a sensitive workbook.

Can support remotely view my files?

Not by default, and the service does not store full workbooks. Investigation should use run metadata, error codes, and diagnostic packages explicitly submitted by the user.
