Tablyra Terms of Service
By using the Tablyra website, account service, or desktop application, you agree to these terms. The product is in beta and features, allowances, compatibility, and availability may change.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for activity on your account and signed-in devices. Do not share credentials, bypass allowances, impersonate others, or access another account without authorization.
2. Local files and backups
You are responsible for selecting files you are authorized to process and maintaining appropriate backups. Tablyra creates a new output by default, but source replacement can still be affected by the file system, workbook features, or third-party software. Keep an independent copy before processing important data.
3. AI plans and result review
Planner output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require clarification. Tablyra reduces risk through constrained actions, validation, and preview, but you must review results before saving, importing, payment, tax, compliance, or other consequential use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not process data you are not authorized to use
- Do not probe, disrupt, or bypass account, security, allowance, or access controls
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, fraud, or unlawful content
- Do not make the beta the sole unreviewed control in a critical system
5. Beta, updates, and availability
The beta may contain errors, interruptions, compatibility changes, or data migrations. Desktop can check and download updates, but replacement installation and restart require user confirmation. Access from unsafe or obsolete versions may be discontinued.
6. Pricing and allowances
The current beta is free and automated billing is not enabled. Future paid plans will publish prices, allowances, features, and enrollment before taking effect. These terms do not authorize automatic charging without notice and an explicit choice.
7. Intellectual property
Tablyra software, website, brand, and service materials remain the property of their respective owner. You retain rights in your files, instructions, and lawfully created content and grant the limited processing rights needed to provide the requested service.
8. Service limitations
The service is provided as a beta without a guarantee of error-free operation, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for results, backups, and business decisions.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service. Material changes will update the date on this page and, when appropriate, be communicated in the product.
